  When I arrived to this location it was very busy. Which is understandable considering it's very new. I ordered a drink, the girl taking my order was nice however it was taking quite long, which I didn't mind, so I decided to look around and buy some other goodies.. I went back to the counter to buy my other items and this time a different lady was at register.. she was a blonde, fuller woman, in her 30's and she was very rude in bagging my items and scolded me on how to use the card reader and didn't smile or thank me once. This was not enough for me to not go back to this location but it's something to consider.. they can definitely improve on their customer service.. in my opinion.

  I'm sorry this store for being brand new, is already going down hill. Every time it takes a solid 30 minutes to get my drink (whether it's inside, or through the drive thru) not to mention there is always trash somewhere in the store. The staff is not the friendliest, and not to mention I just found out this is the same manger that ran the Dinuba store, which was always a distaster EVERYTIME I stepped foot into the store. I just don't get how this can fly,.. especially considering this is a corporate business, not just a ma and pop coffee shop. Get it together Starbucks.
